   After receiving a request to order VIP services:

   • a department manager promptly selects the suitable options and sends them to your e-mail or informs you by other means of communication
   • For complex, multi-part requests, the time frame for providing a proposal is agreed separately.

   The proposal is sent in a form that includes the following information:

   • Price of the requested services
   • Name of the responsible manager

   Example:
   The price of a VIP speedboat transfer Trat – Koh Chang is $200 per person. To order this service, please contact the manager.

   Dear customers!

   To order VIP services, you need to:

   • Send written confirmation to the department's responsible manager, specifying the required services precisely
   • After the services have been booked, the responsible manager will send you written confirmation of the booked services
   • Please check that the information in the confirmation you receive is correct and make changes if necessary
   • You can find information about the booked services in your "Personal Account"
