How to use the transfer service on arrival

1. After leaving the aircraft, you need to go through passport control and collect your luggage.
2. After collecting your luggage, leave the airport building and go to the desk with the PEGAS Touristik logo.
3. Show your voucher to the company representative, who will tell you the number of the bus or car you should go to.
4. At the bus or car, put your suitcase in the luggage compartment and take a free seat in the bus or car.
5. When you arrive at the hotel, do not forget to take your luggage out of the luggage compartment!

How to use the transfer service on departure

1. On the evening before the day of departure, go to the information board with the PEGAS Touristik logo. There you will find information about the time the bus will pick you up at your hotel and the departure time of your flight. (You can find out where the information board is located from the hotel guide at the information meeting.)
2. On the day of departure, please check out of your room by 12:00 noon.
3. By the hotel departure time shown on the information board, you must have already checked out and be in the hotel lobby with your luggage.
4. Attention: the bus cannot wait for you, so that other tourists do not miss their flight.
5. Before taking your seat on the bus, please make sure that your luggage has been loaded into the luggage compartment. Remember that you are responsible for your own luggage!
6. When you arrive at the airport, please check that you have not left any belongings on the bus and that you have taken all your luggage out of the luggage compartment!

OW (one way) – a one-way transfer, for example from the airport to the hotel
RT (round trip) – a transfer in both directions, for example from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the airport
PP (per person) – price per person

To order VIP services, you need to:

1. When booking a tour at a PEGAS Touristik sales office, contact the office manager.
2. When booking on the PEGAS Touristik website:
   1. Select a tour via Tour Search
   2. To book, click the button showing the tour price
   3. In the "Transfer" section, click the "Change" button
      
      
   4. Select the services you need and click the "Save" button
      
   5. The selected services are displayed in the "Transfer" section
      

Attention

1. Group transfer can be booked only if a full tour package has been purchased from the tour operator.
2. Private transfer can be provided only if the hotel has been booked with the tour operator.
3. If tourists arrive on flights of other airlines, a private or VIP transfer can be provided only if the booking specifies the flight number, arrival/departure date, arrival/departure time and arrival/departure city. (In this case, a group transfer cannot be provided.)

How to use the transfer service on arrival

4. The guide will register you and tell you the number of the bus or car you should go to.
5. At the bus, check in with the guide, put your suitcase in the luggage compartment and take a free seat in the bus or car.
6. When you arrive at the hotel, do not forget to take your luggage out of the luggage compartment!

How to use the transfer service on departure
