  1. How to conclude a contract?

  2. We received a new contract by email. What are our next steps?
    Answer: You need to print the contract in 2 copies. Sign it, affix the organization's seal, and send it to the office of the tour operator with whom the contract is being concluded (the tour operator's office address is specified in the contract).
    You can send it by mail or deliver it by courier. Two copies of the contract must be accompanied by copies of documents specified on the "Cooperation" page and certified by the signature of the director and the organization's seal.
    There is no need to send the specified copies without the director's signature and organization's seal in scanned form.
    Agencies located in Baku can receive signed contracts at: AZ1065, Baku, BC Caspian Plaza, 44 Jafar Jabbarli Street, 5th floor.
    For agencies located in other cities, the signed contract will be sent by mail. If the contract will be picked up independently/by courier, this information must be indicated on the contract.
  3. Access to ONLINE booking.
    Answer: Do you wish to get access to online booking? After signing the cooperation agreement, the first user is created for the agency, and the login/password is sent to the agency's main email address.
    For continuous operation in the booking system for all travel agency managers, each travel agency manager must complete user identification.
  4. Flight schedule/Seat availability on flights
    Answer: On the first page of our website, when you hover your mouse over any country name, a menu appears where you should select "Seat availability on flights". This section contains the current flight schedule and seat availability to your selected country. Also, additional information is displayed for each flight such as: airline name, aircraft type, departure and arrival airports, etc.
  5. What is STOP SALE?
    Answer: STOP SALE is a suspension of sales at a hotel for certain dates. Sales suspension can also be set for room type, accommodation, meal type, etc. You can view the page with information about hotel availability by clicking on the "Stop sale" menu item in any country's menu. Information here is updated online. In tour search results, offers that include hotel stop sales are marked in red. Accordingly, booking such offers is not possible.
  6. What is "Available for payment" status?
    Answer: The "Available for payment" status means that the tour operator has the ability to provide the services requested by the booking. After full payment of the booking, the status automatically changes to "Confirmed", which means that the tour operator has undertaken obligations to provide services according to the booking.
    After the status changes to "Confirmed", a confirmation email is sent to your email address and the confirmation sheet becomes available for printing in the Booking Reference.
  7. My hotel booking was rejected. How can I rebook to a new hotel - online or by email?
    Answer: To rebook a hotel, you need to send a rebooking request to pegast@pegast.ge.
  8. How to pay for a tour?
    Answer: Pay for bookings in the most convenient way for you, including with Bonus Points. Payment for tours is made in rubles at the tour operator's internal rate on the day of payment. You will find detailed information in the "For Agencies" section  "Invoice, Payment" and "Discounts and Bonuses for Agencies".
  9. When do I need to pay for a booking?
    Answer: The AGENT is obliged to pay for the tourist product within the established deadlines according to the contract terms. Payment deadlines can be viewed in the section: "For Agencies" "Invoice, Payment"
    You can see the deadlines and amounts for deposit and full payment of a specific booking in your personal account after the booking status changes to "Available for payment".
  10. Where can I view exchange rates for previous dates?
    Answer: Exchange rates for previous dates can be viewed on the website in the "Exchange Rate Archive" section.
  11. How to view description and pictures of a particular hotel?
    Answer: On the "Hotel Search" page, click on the hotel name. A new window will open with information about the hotel, including location on the map, photos, etc.
  12. Which hotels in Turkey do not accommodate single men or two men in one room?
    Answer: You can view the list of hotels in Turkey that do not accommodate single men on our website in the "News" section.
