How to conclude a cooperation agreement and where to send documents.

To start cooperation, please follow the instructions below:

For residents of:

Fill out (For NEW AGENCIES) Registration Form for travel agent registration in the online booking system in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.

After receiving the Application Form, the Tour Operator will register you as a Travel Agent and within 24 hours will send you login and password to the email address specified in the Application Form. With these credentials, you can start working (making bookings) even before receiving the Agreement signed by the Tour Operator.

Print the Agreement with agents in two copies.

Fill them out. Put signatures and seals. (No need to indicate the agreement number. The Tour Operator will fill it in).

Send both copies of the Agreement to the Pegas Touristik Azerbaijan office at the address: Tbilisi, R. Eristavi Street 3, office 5, 2nd floor.
