Important Information About Tour Products
This page contains the classification of accommodation types, rooms, hotels, meals and special offers, as well as information about charter and scheduled flights. Please carefully read the information.
Charter and Scheduled Flights
Attention! Tourist products include passenger transportation services by charter flights. Flight time must be additionally confirmed one day before the tour starts.
Charter flights do not have a fixed schedule.
Scheduled flights have priority for departure, so charters are often delayed or change their departure time.
"Bonus miles" are not accumulated on charter flights, fares are generally non-refundable.
Charter flights operate in periods, usually multiples of seven days.
Depending on the fare type, the passenger has the opportunity to return or exchange the purchased airline ticket.
The price of a ticket for scheduled flights depends on the time of sale. The most expensive tickets are usually on the day of departure. The further from departure, the cheaper.
Seats on flights are divided into service classes: Business, Economy.
Many major world airlines have their own bonus programs and are members of international airline alliances. This means that reward points and "bonus miles" for your flights can be used within the loyalty programs of partner airlines.
On certain destinations, various tourist products may be formed with flights on aircraft of different airlines. Each of these options is a separate tourist product sold at its own price. Services for specifying flights are not provided by the tour operator.

When selling a tourist product by a tour operator, hotels are conditionally classified by the "star system" based on information provided by the hotel, while the level of service and range of services of hotels positioned in one or another conditional category may differ depending on the country where the hotel is located.
- 1* implies minimal comfort. Located in unremarkable places. As a rule, hotels of this class are very small - up to 10 rooms. Meals are not provided, but sometimes for an additional fee you can get a modest breakfast. Facilities may be on the floor. Entry after one in the morning is most often prohibited.
- 2* (tourist class) is usually offered to tourists on inexpensive excursion routes. According to European and American standards, the room must have a bathroom and TV, but you may have to pay for the TV remote. There are no restrictions on entering the hotel at night. Continental breakfast. Sometimes the restaurant is located in the lobby of one of the floors.
- 3* - the most common type of hotels. Amenities in the room, in the bathroom you will find a small piece of soap and shampoo, sometimes a hair dryer is provided. There is a telephone and TV, often - mini-bar, air conditioning. There is such a pattern: the better the location of the hotel, the poorer the range of its services, the lower the level of comfort.
American 3* are close to four stars in Europe. And in Asia, the presence of mini-bars, refrigerators and TVs in three-star hotels is not mandatory, so most often you will not find them in the room. - 4* are awarded for high level of service. Hotels of this class are designed for people with average European income. The category provides a good location: in the city center or on the first line of the beach.
Ideally mandatory: guarded parking, free gyms, courts and pools, hotel shows, discos. In the room: bathroom equipped with bidet and hair dryer, air conditioning, color TV with remote control, refrigerator, mini-bar, air conditioning, mini-safe, phone with long-distance access is mandatory.
Often 4* hotels have rooms with improved layout: studio, suites, etc. Some hotels are no different from neighboring five-star hotels, but assign themselves a lower category to reduce tax costs.
According to the standard in 4-star hotels up to 10% of rooms can be triple. - 5*, fully complying with the standard, resemble a self-sufficient town with the necessary infrastructure: several bars and restaurants (with European and national cuisine), night club, shops, hairdressers and beauty salons, laundries, fitness centers and business centers, pools. Rooms - from single with one bed to multi-room apartments. For business people there are executive-suites - with multi-line telephone communication, computer, fax and meeting room. The room has everything: air conditioning, mini-bar, telephone, color TV, etc. The large bathroom is equipped with bidet, large bathtub, often - jacuzzi and separate shower. The client is offered a wide range of cosmetics, as well as bathrobes and slippers.
