Group transfer does not include the carriage of oversized luggage: bicycles, surfboards, etc. Tourists with oversized luggage must order an individual transfer. If tourists arrive at the airport with oversized luggage, the receiving company reserves the right to charge an additional fee for an individual transfer.

How to use the "transfer" service on arrival?
- After leaving the aircraft, you need to go through passport control and collect your luggage.
- When you exit the arrivals area into the arrivals hall, you will be met by drivers holding signs of our company PEGAS Touristik.
- Show your voucher to the company representative, and they will tell you the number of the bus or car you need to go to.
- At the bus or car, put your suitcase in the luggage compartment and take a free seat in the bus or car.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, do not forget to take your luggage out of the luggage compartment!
How to use the "transfer" service on departure?
- On the evening before the day of departure, go to the information board with the PEGAS Touristik logo. There you will find information about the time the bus will arrive at your hotel, as well as the departure time of your flight. (You can find out the location of the information board from the hotel guide at the info meeting).
- On the day of departure, please check out of your room by 12:00 noon.
- By the hotel departure time indicated on the information board, your room must already be vacated and you must be in the hotel lobby with your luggage.
- Attention: the bus cannot wait for you, to avoid other tourists missing their flights.
- Before taking your seat on the bus, please make sure that your luggage is loaded into the luggage compartment. Remember that you are responsible for your own luggage!
- Upon arrival at the airport, please check that you have not left your belongings on the bus and have taken all your luggage from the luggage compartment!
Individual transfer
Upon additional request and for an additional fee, the transfer is accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide who provides general information about the country and the company's services that tourists can purchase. The guide accompanies tourists to the hotel and helps with check-in.
Individual transfer is not included in the price of the special offers published on the website, and is ordered as an additional service according to the price list published below. Individual transfer can be booked in the "Booking" section on the PEGAS Touristik website.

- When booking a tour at a PEGAS Touristik sales office - contact the office manager.
- When booking on the PEGAS Touristik website:
- Select a tour in the Tour Search section
- To book, click the button showing the tour price
- In the "Transfer" section, click the "Change" button
- Select the required services and click the "Save" button
- The selected services are displayed in the "Transfer" section
Attention
- Individual transfer can only be provided if the hotel is booked through the tour operator.
- If tourists arrive on flights of other airlines, an individual or VIP transfer can be provided only if the booking specifies the flight number, date of arrival/departure, time of arrival/departure and city of arrival/departure. (In this case, a group transfer cannot be provided).
- When booking individual tours, infants are counted as separate persons. Thus, a car with a maximum capacity of 4 people can accommodate only 3 people and 1 infant; 4 people and 1 infant make 5 people, i.e. a number that cannot be accommodated in one car; in this case, two cars are required. When booking an individual transfer, "baby chair" must be specified in the notes (provided free of charge); without such a note, the chair will not be provided.
