General Information

The PEGAS Touristik online booking system features rates from the tour operator, as well as discounts and promotions from hotels. Discounts, promotions, and terms of all rates are included in the tour prices.

The "Tour" column displays all types of rates from the tour operator, while the "Hotel" column displays discounts and promotions from hotels:

Rates from the tour operator:

  • displayed in the "Tour" column of the "Tour Search" section,
  • set:
    • the amount of additional or fixed (different from basic) agent discount,
    • Sales & Smiles bonuses.
Rates and Discounts 2

Discounts and promotions from hotels:

  • displayed in the "Hotel" column of the "Tour Search" section,
  • provide:
    • discount on hotel accommodation,
    • discount on hotel accommodation in the form of free nights,
    • Sales & Smiles bonuses.

Multiple discounts and promotions from a hotel are grouped under the common name "Sale". Hovering the mouse cursor over the name shows information about bonuses for the manager or agency. In the tour search results, you will see the most advantageous offers - prices will be shown including discounts, and the old price without discount will be crossed out.
